William M. Midyette, III attended the University of Florida (B.A. with high honors, 1971); Georgia State University (MBA, 1973); Cumberland School of Law of Samford University (J.D., 1976). He was admitted to the Florida bar in 1977. He has served as President of the Lakeland Bar Association and a member of the Board of Governors.
